Job Description
Job Summary:
The HR and Admin Officer will be responsible for managing both human resources and administrative operations in support of a fast-paced retail environment. The role covers recruitment, timekeeping, employee relations, records management, compliance, and general administrative support across head office and store branches.

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Oversee recruitment for retail frontliners, warehouse, and office staff: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, onboarding

Monitor and manage daily timekeeping and attendance (especially for store staff)

Assist in payroll preparation and resolve payroll-related concerns

Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations, including 13th month pay, holiday pay, and OT guidelines

Process government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, HDMF loans, etc.)

Handle employee concerns, complaints, and minor disciplinary actions

Maintain 201 files and update employee database regularly

Coordinate and implement HR programs like training, performance evaluation, and employee engagement

Administrative:
Handle office and store administrative support: supplies, maintenance coordination, filing

Ensure store-level administrative compliance (permits, notices, memos, schedules)

Manage contract renewals for service providers, utility payments, and petty cash liquidation

Monitor office and store asset inventories

Ensure store HR/Admin policies are well-disseminated and followed

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field

2–4 years of HR and administrative experience, preferably in a retail or multi-branch setting

Knowledgeable in labor standards and timekeeping practices

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Familiar with payroll software and MS Office tools (Excel, Word)

Willing to travel to branches as needed

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Can handle confidential matters with professionalism
