Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate is a culinary professional who can inspire a team, maintain high standards of food quality, develop innovative menus, and ensure smooth and efficient kitchen management.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, train, and supervise the kitchen team.
Design seasonal and innovative menus while controlling food costs.
Ensure consistency and quality in every dish served.
Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships.
Enforce strict health, hygiene, and safety standards.
Monitor staff performance and conduct regular training.
Collaborate with management to plan special events, promotions, or menu changes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must possess at least Vocation Diploma/ Short Course Corticate/ College Graduate Degree or equivalent
Must be Physically fit
One (1) year experience with the same position is an advantage
Preferably with Spanish Cuisine Background
Sound knowledge on the Food Safety
Has the ability to work under pressure
Must be able to start immediately
Salary:
₱25,000.00 Monthly
