Job Description
Work Location: Makati | Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
We are looking for a dedicated Account Specialist to join a client-facing team and support day-to-day account servicing and client retention initiatives. If you're passionate about customer care, relationship-building, and driving value through healthcare solutions, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front-end support to clients, ensuring smooth account setup, updates, and service delivery
- Address and resolve client inquiries with professionalism and urgency
- Drive membership renewals and proactively promote retention strategies
- Conduct benefit orientations and onboarding sessions for new clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
- Prepare and present utilization reports to help clients make informed decisions
- Assist in organizing wellness activities such as Annual Physical Exams and health fairs
- Collect and act on feedback to improve services and support client satisfaction
- Facilitate timely documentation, contract processing, and AMLA compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree holder in any field (Business, Marketing, or Healthcare-related is a plus)
- At least 1 year of experience in client servicing (HMO, insurance, or healthcare background preferred)
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office; CRM system experience is an advantage
- Can multitask and work under pressure
- Holds a valid driver’s license and is able to drive for client servicing activities as needed
- Open to on-site work setup
Salary Offer: PHP 18,000 (monthly)
