Job Description

Location: Makati City (On-site)
Monthly Salary: ₱18,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Description:
• Provides direct, client-facing support for day-to-day account servicing needs
• Ensures smooth and accurate handling of account setup, updates, and maintenance
• Responds to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Engages proactively with clients to support membership retention and renewals
• Coordinates closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
• Contributes to enhancing client satisfaction and building long-term relationships

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree holder / College graduate (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare, or related fields)
• At least 1 year of experience in client servicing, preferably in HMO, insurance, or healthcare industries
• Open to fresh graduates or interested beginners with strong potential
• Proven skills in account management, client relationship building, issue resolution, and retention strategies
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is a plus
• Can handle multiple accounts and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive for client-related activities
• Willing to work on-site in Makati
