Job Description

Identify and implement key marketing activities and lead company through new course offerings and service launches.
Create and maintain a calendar of marketing activities of company.
Manage the marketing and promotions budget to meet student targets in the most cost-effective manner.
Set clear procedures, identifying objectives and needs for marketing opportunities.
Negotiate with external suppliers, including agencies and research firms.
Monitor financial costs and ensure adherence to the approved marketing budget.
Develop, maintain, and coordinate a marketing budget and plan aligned to marketing activity for each offering, including recommendations for other company branches.
Communicate accurate and timely marketing plans and achievements to Management.
Develop all promotional materials (print and online), including websites and social media, to provide accurate and reliable information.
Develop and implement communications campaigns with appropriate media to attract inquiries.
Comply with and enforce company policies and procedures applicable to marketing and branding.
Approve applications for posting/display of marketing collaterals.
Develop a reliable marketing information system (statistics, target market info, competitor research).
Maintain a database of students, academic, and agent contacts for customer relationship management.
Monitor market trends and competition activities and propose counteractions.
Advise management on solutions to customer-related problems.
Represent company at conferences, events, and client visits to promote programs.
Build relationships with media (magazines, websites, blogs) and coordinate press activities.
Prepare periodic marketing reports and submit timely budget reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related course
At least 5 years of sales-related experience
Salary:
₱40,000.00 Monthly
