Job Description

● Find and create new HVAC product and solution business opportunities.
● Present and advertise HVAC products and services by visiting customers, consultants,
and contractors.
● Recognize the demands of your clients and offer technical solutions that meet those
needs.
● Create and present technical proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients.
● Help with HVAC system design, selection, and estimation in accordance with project
specifications and client specifications.
● Close deals and negotiate contracts to meet or surpass goals.
● As required, coordinate with the service team and offer post-purchase technical support.
● Keep abreast on rivals, industry trends, HVAC products, and technology.
● Create project updates, sales reports, and forecasts for management's consideration.
● Create and preserve a solid rapport with consultants, contractors, and clients, both
current and potential.
● Participate in industry events, trade exhibits, and training to build networks and improve
product expertise.
● Carry out additional tasks as directed by the sales manager.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
● Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC technology, or a related field
● Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC Sales or Technical Support roles
● Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and
troubleshooting
● Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with customers effectively
● Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to provide tailored solutions
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
● Familiarity with industry regulations, certifications, and safety standards

SALARY RANGE:
₱18,000 – ₱20,000 per month

WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday
