Job Description
Qualifications:
 Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Office
Administration, or any related field.
 At least 1 year of experience in sales support, administrative work, or customer service.
 Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage and organize multiple
documents and sales files.
 Capable of handling clerical tasks, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with the
Sales Coordinator and Sales Executive.
 Must be customer-focused, with a courteous and helpful attitude.
 Able to handle client inquiries and assist the sales team in addressing customer
concerns.
 Trustworthy, reliable, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
 Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
 Willing to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays during peak retail seasons, if
necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Assist sales team with administrative tasks and documentation
- Prepare and process sales orders and invoices
- Maintain and update customer records in the database
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
- Track shipments and follow up on delivery status
- Generate and distribute sales reports as needed
- Handle routine correspondence and communications
- Assist with data entry and CRM management
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Salary Range: 15,000 to 16,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm
Work Location: Antipolo
