Job Overview:
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our growing healthcare team as Customer Service Representatives. You will be the front line in handling healthcare-related concerns from patients and providers, ensuring they receive outstanding service and support with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from patients, members, or healthcare providers.

Assist with inquiries related to insurance claims, medical benefits, billing, and coverage.

Provide accurate information regarding policies, procedures, and services.

Update customer information and document all call interactions in the system.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.

Meet performance metrics such as call quality, handle time, and customer satisfaction.

Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and data privacy policies.
