Job Description
We're Hiring: Sales Representative!!!
Cebu City | onsite | (M-F) 8 am to 5 pm (tentative working schedule)
Salary Offer: 16,000-22,000
What You’ll Do:
- Guide and support the sales team to hit their targets
- Make sure customer payments are collected on time
- Help get needed approvals from management
- Check and approve team schedules and fund requests
- Look for new clients and business opportunities
- Keep track of sales quotes and follow up regularly
- Listen to team concerns and help solve issues early
- Make sure the team follows company rules and policies
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business or medical-related 4-year course
- Must have proven sales experience in diagnostic products (reagents, consumables, and equipment).
- Driven, confident, outgoing, and professional
- Willing to learn, grow, and adapt
- Computer literate; knows MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Open to nationwide travel
Nice to have: Experience in preparing government bidding documents.
