Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding support and resolving inquiries related to our accounting and financial services. Your role will be crucial in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of service that Entigrity is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and accurate information regarding our accounting services and processes.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Service Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requests and issues are handled efficiently and effectively.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback to ensure a smooth and organized workflow.
Feedback Collection: Gather and relay client feedback to management to contribute to continuous improvement of our services.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our accounting services, systems, and processes to provide informed support to clients.
Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within the accounting or financial services industry.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and other customer service tools; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving client issues.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing client interactions and documentation.
