Production Supervisor

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related course.
Have at least 3 years of Experience
Good Understanding of Production Procedure.
With strong Analytical Skills and Leadership skills.
Self-motivated and an Efficient Problem solver.
Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
Willing to be assigned in Bulacan.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise and oversee the Production Processes and Production Personnel.
Organize Workflow by assigning Responsibilities and Preparing Schedules.
Check Production output according to specifications and Production quota.
Ensure the Safe Use of Equipements\Machines and Schedule Regular maintenance.
Ensure the Cleanliness of the Machines and Working area.
Enforce Strict Safely Guidelines and Company Standard.
Coordinates all activities to ensure enough resources on hand.
Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment lay-out.
Provide manufacturing decision from information gathered by collecting necessary data, reviewing production schedules, and accomplishing reports that are required by the immediate superior.
Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Conduct study, apply knowledge in manufacturing processes through research and design and confer with machine operators conducting research programs.
Keep equipment operations by coordinating with maintenance department, following manufacturer's instruction, and establishing procedures.
Ensure safety and quality of products through strict supervision and firm adherence to applicable policies and regulations to meet technical and legal requirements. and standards.
