TRAVEL MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST: General Administrative
Urgent Hiring: Travel Management Specialist
Pagbilao, Quezon | Full-Time | On-site

Do you thrive on organizing seamless trips and managing logistics like a pro? We’re looking for a Travel Management Specialist who’s ready to take corporate travel and transportation operations to the next level.
As part of our team, you’ll be handling executive and team travel, coordinating with vendors, managing our vehicle fleet, and ensuring smooth billing, compliance, and record-keeping. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining service excellence and expanding our trusted network of accredited suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end travel arrangements for executives and team members
- Coordinate with accredited suppliers (hotels, transport, agencies, etc.)
- Oversee vehicle fleet maintenance and dispatch
- Ensure supplier compliance and service quality
- Process billing, payments, and maintain travel-related records
- Support contract and vendor management activities
-Prepare regular reports and evaluations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (Tourism, Social Sciences, or Engineering related field preferred)
- Preferably with 2–3 years of experience in travel coordination or executive assistance, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Background in civil works or field-based operations is an advantage
- Experience in facilities or service management is a plus

₱25,000.00 Monthly
