Location: Alabang
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Setup: Onsite
Contract Type: Independent Contractor
Hivelabs Technologies Corp is expanding! We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative (B2B) to help grow our client base and promote our cutting-edge IT solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business-to-business (B2B) sales opportunities
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Present and promote IT solutions (e.g., custom software, mobile/web apps, digital marketing) to decision-makers
Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs
Collaborate with the technical team to align solutions with business requirements
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
At least 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in IT or tech
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong understanding of sales pipelines and CRM tools
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Professionalism and a passion for tech solutions are a must
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
Background in IT services, software development, or SaaS sales
Experience dealing with SMEs or enterprise clients
Familiarity with digital marketing or product pitching
