Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Team Management
• Lead and manage a team of trainers to ensure high-quality training delivery across the organization.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations to support the professional development of trainers.
• Foster a strong learning culture by empowering and recognizing the contributions of the training team.
• Monitor trainer performance and provide guidance to ensure continuous improvement.
• Ensure trainers are well-led, motivated, and aligned with company values.
2. Training Design & Development
• Design, develop, and regularly update training materials that reflect company goals, standards, and operational needs.
• Continuously evaluate and refine training methodologies to ensure alignment with modern adult learning principles and business objectives.
• Conduct training needs analyses and collaborate with operation to create relevant programs.
• Lead the development of new training initiatives aimed at addressing performance gaps and improving operational efficiency.
3. Training Operations & Scheduling
• Develop and manage weekly and monthly training schedules.
• Assign trainers to appropriate tasks such as training assist, store openings, microsessions, and special training projects.
• Ensure balanced trainer workloads and coverage across all training needs.
4. Learning Management System (LMS) Oversight
• Manage the company's LMS platform, ensuring all learning materials and modules are up-to-date and well-organized.
• Upload, track, and maintain all digital learning content.
• Monitor LMS usage, course completion, and learner progress through analytics and reporting.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to users when necessary.
5. SOP Alignment
• Respond to quality issues raised by Operations regarding SOP implementation and execution.
• Collaborate with Operations to adjust training content based on real-time field feedback.
• Ensure SOPs are accurately reflected and reinforced in training materials and delivery.
6. Strategic Support & Reporting
• Collaborate with other teams to identify operational gaps and implement targeted training solutions.
• Track training KPIs and report results to management for performance evaluation and strategic planning.
• Stay updated with learning and development trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the training framework
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in field of expertise
• Certified Professional in Training Management
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
• Has passion for teaching and public speaking
• Must be proficient in training methodologies and demonstrate superior teamwork abilities
• With proven experience as Training Head
