Job Description

We are seeking a female candidate for a full-time position in Makati, with a salary of PHP 18,000 and a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The ideal applicant must hold a degree in Education, Human Resources, or Organizational Development, with experience in training program development and instructional design. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills are required. Key responsibilities include assessing training needs, conducting workshops, evaluating program effectiveness, updating training materials, and ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
