Role Overview

We're looking for a talented and experienced social media copywriter + content manager who understands performance branding, conversion psychology, and how to write for attention, not fluff.

You will be responsible for crafting compelling content that grows brand awareness, builds trust with our audience, and drives action across platforms like:

● Instagram

● Facebook

● LinkedIn

● Email newsletters

● Native ads & blog articles

This is a strategic + creative role where you’ll collaborate with our in-house design team (who handles graphics/video) so you can focus 100% on what you do best: writing and publishing world-class content.
Your Responsibilities

● Write scroll-stopping content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn (posts, carousels, captions)

● Develop bold headlines, hooks, CTAs, and value-driven messaging for creatives

● Manage the publishing schedule and organize content into campaigns

● Repurpose content into native articles, emails, and retargeting ad copy

● Work closely with our graphics/video team to align visual storytelling

● Monitor trends, competitors, and high-performing formats

● Optimize copy based on engagement insights and performance

● Bonus: Write landing page copy, short ad scripts, or lead magnet outlines
Must-Have Skills

● Proven experience writing for direct-response and/or conversion-focused brands

● Portfolio that includes Instagram, LinkedIn, or paid media content

● Deep understanding of marketing psychology, storytelling, and brand voice

● Fluent in English (native-level copy)

● Clear, concise writing style with a focus on results

● Ability to adapt tone (professional, witty, bold, empathetic)

● Organized, proactive, and able to work in sprints

Bonus Points If You…

● Have experience in performance marketing / funnel agencies

● Have experience writing for U.S. audiences

● Are comfortable with tools like Notion or ClickUp
