Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Engineer, Architect, or Surveyor with strong technical skills to support our design and survey projects. You will be responsible for transforming laser scan data into precise documentation and models, supporting field operations, and contributing to accurate construction planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Process point cloud data and convert laser scans into accurate 2D plans and 3D BIM models
Prepare staking data (X, Y, Z coordinates) for use by field surveyors
Develop as-built drawings based on site data and revisions
Perform quantity take-offs and calculations for excavation, fill, and other material estimates
Manage AutoCAD and Revit files with attention to detail and version control
Requirements:
Proven experience with point cloud processing
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Solid understanding of 3D model management and BIM workflows
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate, high-quality outputs
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in civil engineering, architecture, or surveying
Experience working with large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
