Job Description
1. Fully manage hotel operations on Agoda and Booking.com platforms, including:
• Room availability, rate planning, promotions, and inventory optimization.
2. Develop and implement strategies to increase exposure, conversion rates, and occupancy.
3. Maintain strong working relationships with account managers from both platforms to stay updated on policies and marketing opportunities.
4. Monitor key performance indicators (CTR, conversion, occupancy, guest ratings) and conduct regular data analysis and optimization.
5. Handle guest reviews and complaints professionally to maintain high guest satisfaction scores.
6. Collaborate with the front desk, customer service, and marketing departments to ensure consistent execution of OTA strategies.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same role and function.
- Familiarity with Hotel PMS like (Opera, eZee, cloudbeds)
- Familiarity with OTA's like (Expedia, Airbnb, Trip.com)
