Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Developer Outsystems to
join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, testing, and
delivering high-quality OutSystems solutions. You will be a critical team player who
can comfortably present ideas and areas of improvement for processes.
Additionally, you will produce comprehensive documentation and articulate key
ideas in developing new systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement
new web and mobile applications using the OutSystems platform.
• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and innovative OutSystems
solutions to meet business requirements.
• Help with the build, test, and delivery of OutSystems applications, ensuring
adherence to established coding standards and best practices.
• Comfortable presenting ideas and areas of improvement for processes to
both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Produce clear and concise documentation, including technical specifications,
user guides, and release notes.
• Provide technical support for existing applications, diagnosing and resolving
issues in a timely manner.
• Continuously research and evaluate new technologies and best practices to
optimize application performance, maintainability, and usability.
• Mentor and provide guidance to other developers as needed.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience building web and mobile
applications, with at least one year of OutSystems specific
development experience.
• Associate Outsystems Reactive Web Certified.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best
practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work
effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, and adapt to changing
project requirements.
