Job Description
We are hiring a proactive and experienced OutSystems Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will design, build, test, and deliver scalable web and mobile applications using the OutSystems platform. This role is ideal for someone with strong development experience, excellent communication skills, and a drive for continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in web and mobile app development
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on OutSystems development experience
• Associate OutSystems Reactive Web Certified
• Strong understanding of software development principles
• Experience in Agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet changing requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and maintain web and mobile apps using OutSystems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements and solutions
• Ensure application scalability, security, and performance
• Document systems: specs, user guides, and release notes
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot existing systems
• Research new technologies and share best practices
• Mentor junior developers as needed
SALARY
₱70,000 – ₱75,000
