We're looking for a talented Supply Manager!
Location: Parañaque City, Metro Manila
Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Dayshift
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of work experience in a similar capacity.
- Preferably from airline and catering operations, supply chain management, and/or hotel and restaurant environments.
Knowledge & Skills (Technical):
- Good knowledge of food supply management and material costs.
- Strong experience in supply chain, procurement, and materials management.
- Excellent negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Good experience in the supply agreement process.
- Strong knowledge of import rules and regulations.
- Computer-literate, specifically proficient in MS Office.
Communication:
- Above-average verbal and written communication skills.
- Good acumen in business and technical agri-related writing.
Problem-Solving & Interpersonal:
- Ability to apply common sense to follow detailed written and/or oral instructions.
- Ability to handle problems with a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Good people skills for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
