We are seeking a Business Analyst to help modernize legacy banking systems into a more flexible and customer-centric platform. This role is ideal for professionals who can effectively bridge business needs with technical solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements

Map current and future state business processes

Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications

Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions

Work closely with stakeholders and support testing and change management initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field

Minimum of five years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or fintech industry

Strong understanding of teller operations and financial workflows

Skilled in documentation, process modeling, and stakeholder engagement

Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with core banking modernization projects

Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Knowledge of Philippine banking regulations and compliance

Professional certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA
