Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Field Auditor to conduct audits across multiple retail store locations. The Field Auditor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, validating inventory, and identifying operational issues to support overall process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct regular audits of retail stores, inventory, and cash handling procedures
2. Verify compliance with company standards, procedures, and policies
3. Identify discrepancies and prepare accurate audit reports with recommendations
4. Coordinate with store staff and management during audit visits
5. Monitor corrective actions and follow up on audit findings
6. Provide feedback to help improve store operations and minimize losses
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
2. At least 2 years of experience in auditing or related field (retail experience is a plus)
3. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
4. Good communication and reporting skills
5. Willing to travel frequently and work in field-based locations
Work Schedule:
1. Monday to Saturday, with field assignments as needed
