Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to help with our daily financial tasks in a busy retail setting. The right person should be organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing sales records, reconciling accounts, and processing invoices. This role helps keep our financial records accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Record daily sales and monitor payments from retail operations
2. Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payments to suppliers
3. Reconcile bank statements with internal records
4. Help with monthly and year-end financial reports
5. Keep financial files and documents well-organized and accurate
6. Assist the accounting team with reports and other admin tasks

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related course
2. At least 2 years of accounting experience; experience in retail is a plus
3. Good understanding of accounting practices and financial reports
4. Skilled in Microsoft Excel and accounting tools like QuickBooks, Xero, or similar
5. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Salary:
₱17,000.00 Monthly
