Job Description
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of labor laws, employment standards, and HR best practices.
• At least 2 years experiences.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and HRIS systems.
• Preferably female
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation across branches.
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and timekeeping systems to support payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee concerns, complaints, and disciplinary processes in coordination with the Admin/HR Manager.
• Support training and development initiatives for employees.
• Organize employee engagement activities and performance reviews.
