Marketing Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:
> Understands communication strategies and contributes innovative ideas for tactical marketign campaigns
> Prepares and presents marketing and promotional proposals to the Business Development and Marketing Team
> Coordinates regularly with Area Sales Managers to ensure the aligned efforts
> Champions Brand Development and Marketing goals across all Dermclinic branches
> Spearheads, submits, and consolidates marketing and sales reports
> Collaborates with mall marketing representatives to ensure strong mall visibility
> Oversees marketing production timelines and provides timely progres reports
> Monitors clinic participation in marketing campaigns and activations
> Maintains brand consistency in on-ground executions by managing and monitoring marketing collaterals
> Ensures brand identity is cohesive across all platforms—digital, print, and in-clinic touchpoints
> Represents the Marketing Team in meetings, events, and key discussions
> Demonstrates strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional team settings
> Writes and proofreads compelling, clear, and concise copy for campaign materials, decks, and other content as needed

Qualifications:
> Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or any related field
> Minimum of 1 year experience as a Sales or Marketing Officer, or in a similar role
> Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, layout, and typography
> Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
> Experience in online, offline, and print is beneficial
> Proficiency in Adobe creative suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
> Excellent time-management skills, ensuring efficient handling of tasks and projects within designated deadlines
