Job Description
Leads the evaluation ang eventual selection of solution that would address the bank requirements is a particular projects .
• Oversee the implementation of test strategies, plans, and schedules of AML project.
• To ensure efficient execution of testing activities.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to define test scope, goals, and key deliverables.
• Execute testing phases including functional, system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure testing processes are aligned with both business requirements and technical specifications.
• Monitor and report on testing metrics, progress of test execution, and defect resolution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a college/university or its equivalent qualification in Information Technology.
At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
Skilled in defining test scope, approach, resource requirements, and scheduling.
Knowledgeable in various testing types, including functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Proficient in defect identification, documentation, and tracking using tools such as JIRA or Excel.
Strong leadership , project management , system analysis , business analysis and supervisory skills.
Computer literate, Proficiency in written and oral communication skills
Good interpersonal relationship skills, analytical and presentation skills.
