Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Head to lead and manage our HR team. This role is ideal for an HR generalist who is confident in handling day-to-day operations while also contributing to the strategic direction of the HR function. The ideal candidate must be people- centered, process-oriented, and capable of leading a team of HR Officers in delivering efficient, compliant, and value-adding HR services.
Key Responsibilities:
o HR Leadership & Team Management
- Supervise and mentor a team of HR Officers across various HR functions (e.g., recruitment, ER, C&B, timekeeping, admin).
- Coordinate team priorities and ensure smooth and timely execution of HR tasks -and projects.
- Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the HR team.
o HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee records, timekeeping, government reporting, and separation processes.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
- Review and improve HR processes and documentation for consistency and efficiency.
o Employee Relations (ER)
- Serve as the first point of contact for workplace concerns, employee grievances, and disciplinary issues.
- Guide the proper administration of due process, incident investigation, and documentation.
- Build a positive and respectful employee culture aligned with company values.
o Compensation & Benefits
- Monitor payroll processes, statutory benefits, and employee leave programs.
- Coordinate with Finance and external providers on payroll accuracy, government
- remittances, and benefits administration.
- Review compensation policies to ensure internal equity and market alignment.
o Strategic HR Support
- Collaborate with leadership to understand organizational needs and provide appropriate HR solutions.
- Contribute to manpower planning, engagement programs, retention initiatives, and performance management implementation.
- Prepare regular HR reports and provide insights for decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in generalist HR roles, with 2+ years of experience supervising a team.
- Solid knowledge in Employee Relations and Compensation & Benefits administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with executives and stakeholders.
- Confident, organized, and able to present ideas and solutions clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to balance process compliance with employee experience.
- Preferably with experience in a growing or dynamic company setting.
