Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
With at least three to five years work experience as Production Planner from a food manufacturing or packaging industry
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
Knowledgeable of material requirements planning (MRP) and other related software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Effective communication skills
Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
Duties & Responsibilities:
Plan and calendar all the schedules and capacity of operations in accordance to the requirement of the clients.
Maximize the use of the machines in terms of utilization
Make an analysis of the performance of each shift and machines run
Review production plan and schedule with the Production Manager
Plan and manage the required RM/PM per client
Plan and manage the usage of the RM/PM of IQ
Assist the manager and supervisors in monitoring the production plan to resolve any potential issues in a timely manner
Perform other duties and activities that are related to production
