Job Description
•Plan, organize, and supervise all daily activities on the corn plantation, from land preparation to post-harvest.
•Develop and implement planting and harvesting schedules aligned with climate, soil, and crop cycle conditions.
•Ensure the timely application of fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides
•Oversee the maintenance and proper use of farm equipment
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy or Crop Science.
•At least 3 years of working experience in plantation.
•Excellent planning and coordination.
•Willing to be assigned/ live on-site in Masbate.

- ₱30,000.00 Monthly
