Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in sales collection, cashiering, or general accounting.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero).

Job Description
• Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments from franchisees.
• Communicate with franchisees via phone, email, and written correspondence regarding payment reminders, past due balances, and collection status.
• Maintain accurate records of communication and payment activity in the company’s financial system.
• Reconcile payment discrepancies and resolve billing issues in coordination with the accounting team.
• Recommend actions for accounts that remain unpaid, including escalations, penalties, or potential legal action.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, legal requirements, and franchise agreements.
• Work with franchise development or support teams to ensure new franchisees are educated on payment terms and procedures.
• Prepare regular collection status reports for management.
