Store Sales Representative

Join our team as a Store Sales Representative and be the frontline ambassador of the Jojo Bragais brand! We’re looking for someone with strong sales skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications:
-Graduate in any relevant program, OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATE
-At least 1 year of experience in retail or sales
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
-Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Trustworthy, responsible, and adaptable
-Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision
-Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift store merchandise when needed

Responsibilities:
-Assist walk-in customers with inquiries, purchases, and product selection
-Process transactions using the store’s POS system
-Manage store inventory and coordinate with Sales Head and Inventory Officer
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store to reflect the brand’s image
-Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
-Ensure proper documentation of client orders, payments, and receipts
-Execute upselling and other sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
-Familiarize with discounts, rate sheets, loyalty programs, and other sales schemes
-Coordinate with Accounting for payment validation and order processing
-Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Head
