Job Description
-Check and verify daily employee timesheets for accuracy
-Coordinate with HR for timekeeping concerns and attendance reports
-Provide administrative support to the purchasing and logistics teams
-Assist in tracking deliveries and maintaining inventory records
-Prepare and file documentation related to procurement and logistics
-Maintain organized records of timesheets and purchase documents
Skills and requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in any related course
-With 1 year of experience in timekeeping
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Good communication and coordination abilities
-Willing to work under an open contract setup
-Willing to work in Taguig City
