Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Patient Interaction: Greet patients upon arrival, collect personal and medical information, and assist with inquiries about procedures and policies.
Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of time for both patients and medical staff.
Record Keeping: Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with confidentiality regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
Insurance Coordination: Work with insurance companies to process claims and verify patient coverage.
Administrative Support: Perform various clerical tasks, such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and assisting medical staff with documentation.
