Job Description
Start Date: ASAP
Nature Of The Account: Real Estate Home
Work Experience:
Minimum 3 years exposure as Sr. Group Lead
Can't work on profiles that are training to become Sr. Group leaders need to be someone who is already established in the post
Expected to handle 4 team leads and clients are looking for someone with a voice account exposure (any LOB would do)
Preferably someone who has a good background in the operational excellence and governance
Type of Support: Voice
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
