Job Description
•Candidate should have at least 3years of solid experience in coaching, team, performance and client management.
•An outstanding Operations Supervisor/Assistant Operations Manager who will be a role model to his/her direct reports.
•Must have 3-5 years of healthcare experience as an Operations Supervisor or Assistant Operations Manager.
•Good stakeholder management skills.
•Must have excellent communication skills both spoken & written.
•Amenable to work on-site either in Ortigas or Shaw, Mandaluyong.
