Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform clinical reviews and process healthcare-related tasks based on account requirements.
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to medical and data privacy standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and clients to resolve cases efficiently.
- Work in alignment with BPO protocols, KPIs, and client expectations.

Job Qualifications:

- Must be a Philippine Registered Nurse with an active PRC license.
- Minimum 1 year of BPO Healthcare experience (voice or non-voice).
-Minimum 1 year of hospital bedside experience.
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig.
