Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Undergraduate or Graduate (Technical Certifications are a plus).
- Proven experience in printer troubleshooting.
- Knowledgeable in basic IT support (PC reformatting, software installation, and network troubleshooting.
- Familiar with remote support tools(e.g., Anydesk, TeamViewer).
- Strong diagnostic and analytical skills for hardware and software.
- Capable of maintaining accurate documentation.
- Excellent communication and service skills (onsite and remote).
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Aware of safety protocols and basic data privacy practices.
Will be assigned to:
MICROBASE MOTORBIKE CORP (HEAD OFFICE)
MMC Complex TASCOR Compound, Pag-asa Street, Anabu I-C, Imus City, Cavite.
