Job Description
1. Assists HRM in the Recruitment initiatives of the BPO group of the
Company, ensuring recruitment processes and approvals are followed
and obtained across Business Units.
2. Familiar with different industry best practices and different
recruitment strategies to ensure qualified candidates are hired within
agreed recruitment timeline.
3. Conducts behavioral interview screening and provide as needed,
position based required examination such as automation testing,
spatial test, typing test, etc.
4. Ensures all candidates hired follows Engagement specific budget and
approvals are secured for outlier candidates before any offer is
extended.
5.Ensure completion of all pre-employment requirements, along with
scholastic validation and character reference feedback are gathered
within agreed timeline.
6.Ensures key challenges and risk for any open positions are highlighted
to engagement such as low candidate pool, above salary market of
talent, inability of team to close position within SLA.
7. Provide Recruitment Report (Global & Local)
8. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification):
1. Graduate of any bachelor’s degree
2. At least 2 year/s Recruitment experience preferably in the BPO industry
3. Can work under minimal supervision and able to work on multiple competing priorities in
a demanding environment
4. Has excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and
interact with all levels in the Organization
5. Proficient in Microsoft office such as excel and word
6. Amenable to work as Individual Contributor

- ₱30,000.00 Monthly
