Job Description
Logistics & Coordination: Help manage schedules, run-of-show scripts, prep meeting spaces, and track deliverables with internal teams and external vendors.
On-Site Assistance: Staff events—handle load-in/load-out, troubleshoot technical issues, direct attendee flow, and ensure AV runs smoothly
Administrative Tasks: Support production planning—organize documentation, manage equipment checklists, schedule crew calls, and track budgets.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with event managers, technical producers, creative, PR, and design teams to ensure consistency and alignment .
