Job Description
- At least 10 years of accounting experience, with 2 years in a managerial role
- Background in online gaming, hospitality, or regulated industries strongly preferred

Required Skills
- Familiar with PAGCOR and BIR compliance
- Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- CPA is a MUST
KRA:
1. Financial Reporting and Month-End Closing
KRA: Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
2. Regulatory and Tax Compliance (PAGCOR, BIR, SEC, LGUs)
KRA: Ensure compliance with all government and gaming regulatory requirements.
3. Team Management and Development
KRA: Supervise and train accounting staff for optimal performance.
4. Internal Controls and Audit Readiness
KRA: Maintain and enhance internal financial controls and support audit requirements.
5. Gaming Revenue and Cage Accounting Oversight
KRA: Ensure accurate and compliant recording of gaming revenue and cage operations.
6. System and Process Improvements
KRA: Identify and implement accounting process improvements and automation.
