Job Description
Location: Palau
Are you passionate about hospitality and leadership? We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and help deliver exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily operations of the bar and restaurant
Managing staff schedules, performance, and training
Ensuring excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
Monitoring inventory, supply orders, and cost control
Enforcing cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards
Assisting in event setups and promotions
Qualifications:
Proven experience in F&B supervisory or leadership role
Strong communication and team management skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge in POS systems and inventory control
Flexible with work hours including weekends and holidays
