Job Description
● Support the Client and Agency by driving the success of short and long
term strategic, creative & financial objectives.
● Work on client farming and new business development to improve business
building and hit sales targets.
● Drive and advocate the Agency’s strategic goals and values.
● Instill good core values and behaviors in the culture and behavior of the
Accounts team.
● Empower interdepartmental collaboration and knowledge transfer.
● Focus on driving the Accounts team on delivering success and hitting
Agency set key metrics.
● Drive the collaboration of the different departments for work efficiency and
success.
● Identification and implementation of business opportunities.
● Scale existing campaigns by building a better Client and Agency
relationship.
● Attract, retain and grow the best Accounts talent for the company.
● Support knowledge transfer, knowledge sharing and up-skilling by
undergoing training/seminars.
● Professional maturity to effectively collaborate with other departments,
suppliers and other agencies.
● Implement, monitor and improve the workflow process.
● Implement, monitor and improve work quality and standards.
● Optimize internal resource allocation and usage.
● Strong written, verbal & presentation skills.
● Develop and improve the Accounts team to create and seamlessly deliver
campaigns.
● People management skills, coaching and leadership at the highest level.
● Has the ability to express ideas clearly and direct the entire team to achieve
its objectives.
● Well rounded in finance, accounts management, operations and sales.
● Other tasks assigned by the General Manager.
● Should always be ready to be in charge in the absence of the General
Manager.
