Job Overview:

Make outbound calls to prospective business contacts with the goal of identifying and qualifying sales leads. This includes engaging with gatekeepers to reach key decision-makers, often within blue-collar industries such as maintenance, facilities management, or trades.

The primary objective is to introduce the company’s offering, share promotional materials (e.g., product catalogues or incentives), and gather interest.
Qualified leads are then passed on to the in-house sales team for follow-up and conversion.
