Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Staff to develop and expand our client base for environmental testing services. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for environmental solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industries requiring mineral and environmental testing (water, air, soil, emissions, hazardous materials).
• Build and maintain relationships with industrial clients, consultants, government agencies, and contractors.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client needs are met and projects are executed smoothly.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to promote company services.
• Develop and execute digital and traditional marketing strategies (social media, email campaigns, brochures, website content).
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular sales reports.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years in sales, preferably in environmental services, laboratory testing, or related industries.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Digital Savvy, experience in digital marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
