Job Description
We are seeking a Process Engineer with at least 2 years of relevant experience to analyze, document, and enhance business operations. This role requires hands-on expertise in process mapping, improvement initiatives, and stakeholder collaboration. You will be responsible for identifying bottlenecks, redesigning workflows, and supporting continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and map current business processes to identify inefficiencies
Document workflows, procedures, and improvement opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally to implement process enhancements
Use tools like Visio and methodologies like DMAIC, Agile, or Project Management
Support change management, stakeholder engagement, and training
Monitor KPIs and assess performance against benchmarks
Promote continuous improvement through metrics and data insights.
Job Qualifications (JQ):
Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Business Admin, or related field
Minimum of 2 years as a Process Engineer or in a similar role (Non-Negotiable)
Strong project management skills: Agile, Project Mgmt, DMAIC (Non-Negotiable)
Proficient in process documentation and modeling tools (Visio) (Non-Negotiable)
Skilled in process improvement, analysis, and BPM (Non-Negotiable)
Knowledge of change management principles (Non-Negotiable)
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills (Non-Negotiable)
Familiar with data analysis and performance metrics (Non-Negotiable)
Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt preferred
Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
