Job Description
3–5 years of experience in Accounting and Financial Reporting within a multinational or shared services environment
Strong knowledge of IFRS, local tax regulations, and statutory compliance
Experience in process migration, including coordinating transitions and implementing standard operating procedures
Demonstrated ability to lead financial audits, reconciliations, and reporting cycles (month-end and year-end)
Proven leadership skills—experience managing teams, setting performance goals, and providing training
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office-based IT tools
