Job Description

-3–5 years of experience in Accounting and Financial Reporting within a multinational or shared services environment
-Strong knowledge of IFRS, local tax regulations, and statutory compliance
-Experience in process migration, including coordinating transitions and implementing standard operating procedures
-Demonstrated ability to lead financial audits, reconciliations, and reporting cycles (month-end and year-end)
-Proven leadership skills—experience managing teams, setting performance goals, and providing training
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office-based IT tools
