Job Description

At least 1-2 years of experience as a Training Assistant Manager in BPO
 Experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
 Proven ability to manage feedback loops for training performance
 Experience in running communications workshops/training
 Strong collaboration skills, especially in working with Recruitment and Operations to address performance and attrition
 Cebu City | Full onsite | Graveyard Shift
