Procurement Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Analyze market trends to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, finance, legal) to forecast demand and manage inventory levels
- Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services
- Monitor and report on key procurement metrics to drive performance improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards
- Continuously improve procurement processes and systems

Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management preferably in aesthetics or medical field
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficient in procurement software and ERP systems
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
